How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Our account details are shown at checkout and repeated on your order confirmation. Quote your Order ID as the payment reference — orders ship once the funds clear.
Do you ship outside Türkiye?
Yes. We ship worldwide from Teknopark Giresun and handle the export documentation. Tell us the destination country and we will confirm carrier and lead time with your quotation.
How long does a complete aircraft take?
Components in stock dispatch quickly. Complete platforms are assembled, calibrated and flight-tested to order, so lead time depends on configuration — we confirm a date in writing with the quotation.
Can I get spare parts later?
Yes, and that is deliberate. Motors, propellers, pumps, nozzles, batteries and flight controllers are all stocked as separate line items, so a failure in season does not ground you for weeks.
Do you integrate with ArduPilot or PX4?
Yes. We work with ArduPilot, PX4 and Cube, and configure autonomous flight, mission planning and return-to-home for the specific job rather than shipping a default profile.
